Building your new home is a very complex undertaking comprised of many different materials and systems as well as a long, varied list of tradesmen and workers.  In order to efficiently coordinate the work, each new home we build goes through a set sequence of tasks and installations. We encourage you to understand the process and watch your new home take shape and a sense of how your new home is being built.

Quality Assurance
Before we present your home to you, it must first pass our internal quality assurance inspection.

Buyer Acceptance
Our team will now present your new home. During the walk through presentation, you will have a demonstration of all your new home features. You will have an opportunity to express any concerns and request corrections prior to closing on any item with which you are not fully satisfied.
