Manora Co., Ltd. is responsible for the Management of all the Manora Villages. The managers of the Village community take pride in our commitment and maintenance responsibilities. We want you to be satisfied with your new home and the community you live in. We are here to help maintain a quiet, clean and respectful community environment to all our residents and their guests. For security reasons, the Manora Village Management Office must be notified either by E-mail or Fax prior to any home owners, family members, friends or guests who will be occupying the home in their absence, the Management Office will require the person(s) name and dates of arrival and departure.

Arrivals Taxi Suvarnabhumi Airport:
After your arrival at Gate 8, please turn to the right and walk for approx. 300 m to the Arrival Hall located at the gate 3 area. You will see a large overhead sign “Meeting Point” and the Information Centre. Our driver will be waiting opposite as indicated on the map above at the right hand side, holding our Manora Village sign with Your Name. If you can not find our driver, please call our office Tel. 032-525051 or Mobile 081-8578867.
Please note: There are normally many private taxi drivers located at the left hand side at the exit doors toting for business, please do not be lured by them, please do not exit the Arrival Hall and stick to the directions above, if a taxi driver approaches you without our Manora Village Sign then he is not the correct driver.

Mail / Post |
All Village mail will be delivered to the Management Office, it will then be distributed to your home by a member of our staff, if you are not at home then we will leave a note stating you have mail at the office for collection

Home Cleaning Service |
We offer our homeowners a house cleaning service, the service applies to cleaning only. Prices for this service are for each visit. The price includes cleaning materials and Equipment.

Laundry Service |
At the office you can leave and collect your laundry, although we endeavor to use a reliable Laundry service provider, the Management Office will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to any items. At the office you can find a list of garment prices.

Handy Man |
He will perform or schedule repairs and maintenance required in your home. We try to secure the best prices while receiving quality work, minimum call out charge 100 Baht.

Waste Disposal |
Please leave you waste in tied plastic bags at the designated collection points. Any large objects please contact the management office to arrange removal. Plastic bags are available at the Manora Village Shop.

Gardening Service |
Our Gardening Team will be responsible for grass cutting, watering of plants and trees Etc, and general cleaning of the garden area, all garden waste will be taken away by our Gardening Team, in some cases certain plants and trees at some point will need Plant Food or Fertilizer if you arrange with a member of our Gardening Team he can apply this for you. Plant Food and Fertilizers Etc are not included in the maintenance fee; the Management Office will not accept any responsibility for any dead or dieing plants and trees Etc.
